  4. WHEREAS, on 1/1/94, I, Henry Harrison, executed my last will and
  5. testament,  and; 
  6.  
  7. WHEREAS, I made various instructions and bequests, and,  
  8.  
  9. WHEREAS , I desire to revoke a bequest 
  10.  
  11. I NOW PUBLISH THIS CODICIL to my last will and testament of
  12. 1/1/94: 
  13.  
  14. I reaffirm all parts and exhibits of said will, except that, I: 
  15.  
  16. revoke and rescind that certain bequest to Spot the Dog of a case
  17. of doggie biscuits, and that  this bequest shall pass with the
  18. residue of the estate.
